Bio

Martina Marrali is a biotechnology scientist and venture builder working at the intersection of translational biology, commercialization strategy, and women's health innovation. Before co-founding EliVive, she spent over six years in the biotechnology industry across early-stage company formation and clinical development. At Engitix Therapeutics, she joined at an early stage and helped build the company's R&D infrastructure, contributing to the establishment of its first laboratories in London and later relocating to Cambridge, MA to support the launch of its U.S. subsidiary and first major pharmaceutical partnership. At Gritstone Bio, she led R&D efforts supporting early-stage cancer vaccine programs and separately played a key role in executing a Phase I COVID-19 clinical study, contributing to dose selection and broader clinical strategy.

Martina is currently completing her MBA at Babson College (Class of '26), where she focuses on life-science entrepreneurship and finance. Her experience across science, company building, and clinical trial development allows her to translate technical progress into product strategy, fundraising, and partnership development.

Driven by personal experience with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), she brings both scientific rigor and lived insight to EliVive's mission of building noninvasive platforms for continuous hormone monitoring and advancing women's health through better biological data.
